The design of MePlex chatbot assistant, September 2022

This article is part of a design effort at Meplex. First, we set the context with an idea of what is a communications assistant for the end-user - the business end-user of Meplex - professionals like psychologists. Next, we will consider the marketing materials generally produced by this assistant. Then we consider communications between the end-user and the chatbot.

The marketing assistant

The marketing assistant can be a professional that helps the user, in this case a psychologist, with outputs which becomes marketing materials that are used by the user to acquire customers. This assistant can be a human, next to the user.

The end-user may want to share her site in a social media platform, such as Whatsapp:

The end-user may share the link of her web site, or a landing page, in a specific social network such as LinkedIn:

Examples of output content tailored with the user's brand

The user may also want to share digital (or printed) postcards. And specific attribute requirements which drives her to decide to pick a professional role/tool or other, may involve consistency with the brand. In other words, the user defines a template, a style, which in turn can be used consistently as she shares over social networks.

These postcards, as an example, may also be inserted inside articles, thus enhancing an article by changing the modality yet ensuring the graphics do not damage the article experince.
